Flat Work Specifications
- All flat work is a 3500 psi. design.
- House floors are 4” thick with a 6 mil. Poly.
- Garage floors are 5” thick with #4 rebar 2’ on center.
- Garage slabs are 6” thick with #4 rebar 2’ on center, with a thickened edge.
- Concrete driveways 6” thick with #4 rebar 2’ on center,
- Broom finish, Trowel swirl finish or a Stamped finish.
- Sidewalks 5” thick with #4 rebar 2’ on center
- Broom finish, Trowel swirl finish or a Stamped finish.
- Mobil home slabs 6” thick with #4 rebar 2’ on center,
- Screed finish.
As a general rule we cut our floors according to the size and shape.
